Сreate a vaccine against coronavirus

Based on statistics on coronavirus, I belong to one of the most dangerous risk groups: a white male over 55 years old. Therefore, I decided to write this article.

DISEASE: coronavirus COVID-19.

• 1981, discovered HIV retrovirus causing AIDS, AIDS
• 2002, the epidemic of betacoronavirus SARS-CoV (SARS)
• 2003-2008 - H5N1 pandemic (bird flu)
• 2009—2010 year, H1N1 (swine flu)
• 2015, betacoronavirus MERS-CoV (Middle East Respiratory Syndrome)

VACCINE:

• The fiction in the film: the vaccine was created after 3 months.
• Fiction in Life (COVID-19): A vaccine will be created in 6 months.
• Scientific fact: HIV retrovirus vaccine cannot be created for 39 years.

Conclusion: with the help of existing technologies, humanity is not able to create a vaccine against coronavirus.

Theoretical solution: the creation of accelerating technology (Artificial Intelligence).

The practical solution. I have been working in the field of Artificial Intelligence for more than 20 years. (The article "Internet - the environment for the functioning of artificial intelligence" for 2003). At the moment (May 2020) I have the know-how to create Artificial Intelligence. The necessary resource base is in the USA and China. Implementation period: 2 months.

Constraints:

• lack of implementation of technology for accurate earthquake prediction
• possible consequences in connection with the creation of the Irreversible Artificial Intelligence System (the system works in stand-alone mode, after starting it will be impossible to control and disable).

Decision:
